Trailer Instructions (Deadline June 6)
In view of the overwhelming number of participants to the doctoral
students contest, we decided the following change of program with respect
to what initially announced. Poster trailers will not be presented orally,
but will be shown continuously on large screens in the entrance and poster
area. Their purpose is to attract
participants to view your poster and discuss it with you. Please prepare
well your trailer. Remember that its purpose is not to present your
results, but to simply attract participants to visit your poster. They
should be in english. You are allowed max 2 slides in PDF
that you must have sent to the organizers no
later than June 6.
Name your file with the last name of the first author of
the paper, followed by -Trailer.pdf and preceded by a number if the same
author has more than one (for example, Lastname1-Trailer.pdf). We will pre-mount your
two slides together with those of all the others
for a given session, each preceded by a Title Slide with your paper title
and authors: we will prepare your title slide, so as to make the
slideshow look
somewhat uniform, therefore please keep your name(s) and title in the
footer of your slides.
Thank you for your efforts in making this Congress an exciting scientific
event and arrivederci in Brescia!
